M2 Leadership was founded on a shared passion for impactful leadership

We believe that effective leaders are authentic and impactful; they make a difference to their organisation’s success and, importantly, to the people around them.

M2 Leadership have a simple philosophy:

  1. The first and most important step in organisational change and growth is to ensure that your leaders have the necessary capabilities that allow them to lead the way effectively and confidently.

  2. Highly effective leaders have strong emotional intelligence and can adapt how they respond and interact with others.

All of us have experienced effective leadership at some stage, whether at work, in the community, the arts, on the national or global stage, or in sporting pursuits.

M2 Leadership strive to help make those experiences more frequent for all people throughout Tasmania.

Having spent fifteen years in senior management positions in the corporate and business sector, Malcolm strongly believes in the importance of authenticity, resilience and the ability to adapt.

Malcolm has been privileged to complete a series of intensive leadership development programs, providing the opportunity to study leadership philosophies and techniques and to refine his own style.

Throughout his career, Malcolm has gained enormous satisfaction from the opportunity to mentor, coach and develop others. He has also built considerable experience in facilitating strategic planning with a particular focus on positive culture and realisation of commercial objectives.

With an unshakeable confidence in the qualities of Tasmanian people and organisations, Malcolm is passionate about supporting them to achieve their individual and collective goals.

Melita is an engaging and attentive coach who approaches life with intent and purpose. She is a goal focussed leader with vast leadership experience in customer service based organisations. Melita spent 17 years in a telecommunications organisation, leading many and varied teams including functions offshore within partner organisations.

Melita has spent the past 4 years in change and improvement management with a focus on creating change from the bottom up - working with front-line employees to create superior customer experiences.

Melita’s passion for coaching and working with leaders to be the best they can for all aspects of their life is what has in part inspired M2 Leadership. Melita builds quick and effective relationships, is authentic and will approach your development with care and integrity.
